How fast can I get matched?: Most briefs are matched within 24 hours. Urgent briefs (under 48h turnaround) are flagged and handled same-day.
How are creatives vetted?: Every creative is interviewed and portfolio-reviewed by our team. We accept fewer than 5% of applicants and continuously review work quality.
How does payment work?: You fund milestones into escrow. Funds are only released to the creative once you approve the delivery. We handle invoicing, taxes and contracts.
Who owns the work?: You do. Every Cast engagement includes full commercial license and IP transfer on final payment.
What if it's not working out?: We'll re-match you at no cost. You only pay for milestones you've approved.
